PAL-LMS provides planning, design and construction administration phase services primarily in Guam and the Northern Mariana Territory.
PAL-LMS is currently seeking a talented and experienced Landscacpe Architect/Planner. Preferably with experience in private sector site planning and landscape design.  This will be for the U.S. Territory of Guam
Below is a brief description of duties, but not limited to:

• Work with team to develop large land and site planning projects and lead design-bid-build and design-build projects. Tasks include proposal preparation, proposal coordination from concept to construction administration, sketch plans, construction documents, client meetings and planting design.  Interaction and collaboration with multidisciplinary team and mentoring of staff. 
• Tools: Generally accepted sustainable practices, project management software, and AutoCAD, Sketch-up and Adobe Suites.
• Maintain project profitability, client relationship, details and specification library.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
